Description du poste:
Assurer le leadership de l’équipe du magasin, mettre en œuvre et suivre les normes LC Waikiki pour le magasin et inspirer l’équipe à les atteindre.
Maximiser la productivité du magasin et l’orientation commerciale et prendre des mesures pour obtenir le plus haut niveau de rentabilité du magasin.
Stimuler la performance et la croissance, grâce à une excellente exécution opérationnelle et commerciale.
Offrir un service et une satisfaction exceptionnels aux clients.
Établir et maintenir des normes élevées en matière d’aménagement du magasin et de merchandising visuel, conformément aux normes de l’entreprise.
Atteindre les objectifs de vente, de productivité/m2 et de bénéfice net fixés.
Atteindre les performances d’audit interne convenues/données.
Contrôler les taux de freinte et toutes les dépenses et améliorer les taux de conversion.
Qualifications requises:
Diplôme universitaire minimum.
Anglais courant (écrit et oral).
Expertise professionnelle
Minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans la vente au détail dans un poste similaire de store manager.
Capacité à faire preuve d’une conscience financière et d’un esprit commercial, en réfléchissant constamment aux moyens de stimuler les ventes et de gérer les coûts.
Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle et de relations interpersonnelles.
Démontrer constamment une capacité de développement, être axé sur les ventes et les résultats.
La capacité de résoudre des problèmes, d’organiser et de planifier.
La capacité à travailler dans un environnement multinational/multiculturel.

- Maximizing store productivity and commercial focus and take action to obtain highest level of profitability of the store
- Driving performance and growth, through excellent operational and commercial execution
- Establishing amazing customer service and satisfaction
- Establishing and maintaining high standards of store layout and visual merchandising in line with the corporate standards
- Achievement of the given sales targets, productivity/m2 and bottom line profit objectives
- Achievement of the agreed/given Internal Audit Performance
- Controlling the shrinkage rates and all expenses and improving the conversion rates

Professional Expertise
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience in similar position
- Able to demonstrate financial awareness and a commercial mind-set, continuously thinking of ways to drive sales, manage costs
